Hope first. Then light.
The Star is the card that turns up after the storm. The Sun is what comes next: clarity, warmth, the day going your way. Our charm holds both on one piece, set on the Triple Protection stack, one of the most recognised grounding combinations in crystal jewellery.
In the Golden Dawn tradition, The Star (XVII) belongs to Aquarius, the water-bearer, and The Sun (XIX) to the Sun itself. The two paths run from different places but end in the same one, Yesod, the foundation. Hope and light, both resting on something steady.
Wear it anywhere. That’s the point of protection: it goes where you go.
On the days you’re alone, wear it as a way to gather your energy and keep it close. Before a presentation or a hard conversation, wear it as a reminder to speak from steady ground. When you walk into a room that feels heavy, wear it as your boundary: obsidian to hold your edges, hematite for weight under your feet, tiger’s eye for the light you’re already walking toward.
The Star always comes before the Sun. This is the bracelet you wear while you wait for it.
Carry both.
What’s in it
- Tiger’s Eye: the Sun’s warmth. Golden brown with a band of light that moves as you turn it. Long carried as a stone of courage and steadiness.
- Black Obsidian: the night sky the Star shines in. Volcanic glass, deep and reflective. Traditionally worn for protection and grounding.
- Hematite: the weight underfoot. A metallic grey that feels heavier than it looks. Associated with focus and staying rooted.
Three stones, one intention.
How we read it
Protection isn’t making the world disappear. It’s deciding what gets access to you.
Obsidian is the edge: a reminder to keep what is yours close. Hematite is the ground beneath you: weight, focus, something steady to stand on. Tiger’s eye is the light ahead: courage without needing to become hard.
Together, they are not a shield from life. They are a small ritual for moving through it without leaving yourself behind.
The Star reminds you that hope can survive the hard part. The Sun asks you to carry that hope into the light.
How it’s made
- 8 mm genuine stones, hand-assembled in China
- Double-strand braided elastic. If one strand ever gives, the other holds.
- Surgeon’s knot, sealed and tucked inside a bead
- Every bead hole chamfered. Sharp hole edges quietly saw through elastic, a common reason bracelets “just break.”
Details
- Standard size is 16 cm inner circumference, with a little stretch to fit. Need a different size? Leave a note with your order or email us at support@thehalocrystal.com, and we’ll make it to fit. No additional cost needed.
- Natural stones. Expect small shifts in the tiger’s eye band and tone from bracelet to bracelet.
- Silver-plated Star & Sun tarot charm
- Arrives in a pouch with a care card and the meaning of the Star and Sun cards
Care
Keep away from perfume, lotion and water. Roll it on and off rather than stretching it over your hand. Not recommended for those with metal sensitivities.
Crystal meanings, tarot correspondences and astrological associations are shared as folklore and personal ritual. Nothing on this page is a medical claim or a substitute for professional advice.
How to Care for Your Bracelet
Remove before showering, swimming or exercise. Avoid perfume and lotion, wipe with a soft dry cloth and store away from prolonged direct sunlight.
