Temperance is often read as a card of calm. It’s closer to the art of the middle: an angel pouring water between two cups, one foot on the shore and one in the water. Knowing when to move, when to pause, and how to hold different parts of your life without letting any one of them take over.

In the Golden Dawn tradition, Temperance (XIV) belongs to Sagittarius and to Samekh, the Hebrew letter for “support,” the path that joins Tiferet (beauty) to Yesod (foundation). Its colours there are blue and yellow.

This Temperance tarot crystal bracelet follows that palette: cool blue and pale gold, with a soft blush that echoes the card’s pink enamel and its small red-winged angel.

What’s in it

• Aquamarine: the water between the cups. Misty and pale, it keeps the palette airy rather than sweet. Sailors once carried it for calm and safe passage.

Care
Keep away from perfume, lotion and prolonged water. Roll it on and off rather than stretching it over your hand. Keep it out of long direct sun to preserve the natural colour of the stones. Not recommended for those with metal sensitivities.
