All orders are made to order or sourced upon purchase, and typically ship out within 3–7 business days. During high-demand periods (such as holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated via email if there's a delay.

Shipping time

As our pieces are crafted and shipped internationally, delivery typically takes 2-10 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable duties or import taxes will be shown at checkout where required.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs and import

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@thehalocrystal.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
